Emma Kenney

 Emma Rose Kenney (born September 14th, 1999) is an American actress. She has appeared as Deborah Gallagheron Shameless "Debbie" on Shameless (2011 until 2021) and Harris Conner–Healy in Roseanne's tenth and final season.

 Kenney was born in New York City on September 14, 1999. Gillian Kenney is a criminal defense lawyer. Kevin Kenney is a sports writer who used to write for the New York Post. Kenney is now employed by Fox Sports.
