Aisha Hinds and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan

Aisha Hinds is an American actress best known for playing roles in the television shows The Shield and True Blood. Her range of talents has been proven in TV series including 9-1-1 Detroit 1, 8-7, and Under the Dome since she began her career as an actor in the year 2003. Her first recognition came from her performance as Anna in 2005's film Assault on Precinct 13. But it was her portrayal of women's rights campaigner Fannie Lou Hamer from the documentary film All the Way that finally brought her recognition as an actor. Hind was also acknowledged for her portrayal of Harriet Tubman in WGN America's historical show, the drama Underground. She currently stars on the procedural drama series 9-1-1 in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta Hen Wilson. 20th Century Fox Television have renewed the show's third season. Hind has recently completed filming for the Hollywood film Godzilla: King of the Monsters and will be released around the middle of 2019.
